Ab dem 1. Oktober wird mein Zimmer in meiner 3er-WG in der Anklamer Straße frei. Es ist 25 qm groß und mit 3 Fenstern schön hell. Es kostet 270 € (+30 € für Strom und Internet).
Wer es unkompliziert mag, kann auch Möbel mit übernehmen (Sofa, Bett 140 x 200 Massivholz, Kleiderschrank, Kommode).
Da ein weiterer Mitbewohner ebenfalls auszieht, wird sich eine ganz neue WG-Konstellation ergeben. Wer eine Party-WG sucht, sollte allerdings an anderer Stelle weitersuchen ;)
Man blickt vom Zimmer direkt auf das Theater. Zur Innenstadt sind es 2 min (wenn man langsam geht ;)) Supermärkte sind schon mit 100m Fußweg erreicht.
Der verbleibende Mitbewohner ist ein unkomplizierter Physiker (fertig promoviert und am arbeiten), der an den Wochenende meist in seine alte Heimat fährt.
Bisher wohnte eine Katze mit in der WG. Haustiere sind also nicht grundsätzlich ausgeschlossen.
Im Hof hat meinen einen Platz fürs Auto oder auch zum Grillen und einen abschließbaren Keller gibt es obendrein.
