ab sofort oder zum 01.Juni 2014 wird ein Zimmer in unserer 3 er WG (m (23)+w(25) Studenten) frei. Wir wohnen in der Anklamer Straße 4, das ist unmittelbar in der Nähe der Europakreuzung, also sehr nah an der Innnenstadt. Das Haus ist ein sanierter Altbau und wir verfügen über einen schönen Garten mit Fahrrad-Schuppen. Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß und hat eine altbaumäßige Deckenhöhe von ca. 3,50 m. Hier findest du natürlich kein Linoleum oder PVC, sondern originales Holz-Parkett. Die Fenster sind neu und isolieren den Schall volkommen. Wir haben eine gemütliche WG-Küche mit Sitzgelegenheiten. In der Warm-Miete ist eine schnelle Internetverbindung enthalten.
Die Warm-Miete beträgt 230 Euro und es ist eine Kaution von 2-Warm-Mieten zu zahlen. Die gesamte Kaution tragen wir alle anteilig.
Wir wünschen uns eine offene Person, die bereits einige WG-Erfahrung hat. Vorstellen wollen wir uns persönlich und auch von dir wollen wir uns hier ein Bild machen.
