Das Zimmer ist etwa 15 Quadratmeter groß, hat einen schönen Holzboden und ein großes Fenster. Momentan ist es mit einem Bett, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch möbliert, du kannst die Sachen für 300 Euro übernehmen oder mein Mitbewohner verkauft sie anderweitig.
Wir haben einen Waschtrockner und einen Geschirrspüler in der Küche, einem Balkon und ein Bad mit Dusche, also alles da was man braucht. :) Es gibt außerdem einen Abstellraum auf dem Dachboden.

The room is about 15 square meters, has a nice wooden floor and a large window. Currently it is furnished with a bed, closet and desk, you can take over the things for 300 euros or my roommate sells them elsewhere.
We have a washer dryer and a dishwasher in the kitchen, a balcony and a bathroom with shower, so everything there what you need. :) There is also a storage room in the attic.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig in Bahrenfeld direkt an der Haltestelle Schützenstraße, von da sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Bus in die Schanze, ca. 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Cafés und Restaurants sind in Ottensen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier gibt es eigentlich alles was man braucht.

The apartment is conveniently located in Bahrenfeld directly at the bus stop Schützenstraße, from there it is only a few minutes by bus to the Schanze, about 20 minutes to the city center. Cafés and restaurants are within walking distance in Ottensen. There is actually everything you need here.

My roommate is finishing his PhD in the US from July to December and then moving to Munich. Some of his stuff will stay in the apartment for so long. So you can stay after December if you want and it fits.
