Dein Zimmer liegt zur Straße, doch der Verkehrslärm ist dank Schallschutzfenster gering, zumal die Straße nachts wenig befahren ist. Die Fenster sind bodentief und lassen viel Licht rein. Wir haben einen Kellerraum, Fahrradkeller und eine Waschmaschine in der Küche. Auch eine kleine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden und ein Tisch steht in der Küche. Ich habe einen kleinen Kaffeevollautomaten und Vitamix, beides darf natürlich von dir mitbenutzt werden
Das Bad ist klein aber fein mit großer Regendusche, wurde alles kürzlich renoviert. In den Nebenkosten habe ich Wlan, Strom und GEZ schon berechnet.

Your room faces the street, but the windows keep the noise out quite well, additionally the street is quiet at night. You will have much light in your room, due to the big windows. We have a basement with a bike room and a washing machine in the kitchen. Best part is the dishwasher and my coffee machine and Vitamix, which you of course may use as well.
The bathroom is rather small, but has a nice big rain shower.

Die Wohnung ist nordwestlich etwas 500 mit vom UKE entfernt. In drei Minuten erreichst du die Buslinie 5 mit der du in 8 Min an der U-Bahn Hoheluftbrücke bist. Dort bist du mit der U3 schnell in der Stadt.

The apartment lies northwest of the UKE, which is about 500 m away. The bus stop is three minutes by foot, with busses coming every 3 minutes. It takes 8 minutes to ride to U Hoheluftbrücke.
Ich habe bisher nur mit einem Partner zusammengelebt und möchte nun eine entspannte 2er WG gründen. Wichtig ist mir vor allem deine Einstellung und Sauberkeit. Was bedeutet das? Im besten Fall bezeichnest du dich als intersektionale*r Feminist*in, lebst mindestens vegetarisch und bist eher links im politischen Spektrum angesiedelt. Wir teilen uns das Putzen so, dass jede*r denkt ca 60% zu übernehmen, dann sollten wir sicher sein, dass wir uns beide wohlfühlen.
Ich habe Lust mit dir entspannte Abende in der Küche zu verbringen, zusammen zu kochen und gerne auch mal bei einem Glas Wein zu diskutieren, aber wenn du oder ich unsere Ruhe brauchen, wird das respektiert. Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikation sind entscheidend für ein angenehmes Zusammenleben.

I've been living with my partner, so this is new for me. I am looking forward to meeting you, if you call yourself an intersectional feminist and like it clean and tidy. Ideally you at least live a vegetarian lifestyle, preferably vegan. Your political standing is rather left wing. If both of us think we are taking care of 60% of the cleaning, i think we should be fine.
I look forward to nice evenings together in the kitchen, cooking, discussing, drinking wine, but if one of us needs their space, that is fine, too. Communication and reliability are key to living together.
