Wir vermieten 1 WG Zimmer in einem sehr ruhig gelegenen, hellen und schönen Einfamilienhaus in Niendorf im 1. OG (Bushaltestelle Bindfeldweg). In der oberen Etage wohnt eine weitere Studentin, es finden sich dort ausserdem ein Bad und ein WC und eine Küche in der oberen Etage. Der 5-er-Bus ist in 5 min. Entfernung zu erreichen (fährt bis zum Hauptbahnhof).
Das Zimmer hat einen großen Balkon und einen großen Garten. Miete ist 450 EUR. Ein weisses, neues Bett und Schrank sind vorhanden, ansonsten ist alles möglich.
We are renting out one room in a shared house (WG) located on the first floor of a very bright and beautiful single-family home in Niendorf in a very silent and familiar neighbourhood. Another student lives upstairs, where you'll also find a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a kitchen.
The No. 5 bus is a 5-minute walk away and goes directly to the central train station.
The room comes with a large balcony and access to a spacious garden. Rent is €450 per month. A new white bed and wardrobe are provided, but you're free to furnish the rest as you like.
Niendorf is quiet and familiar, but with the bus nr 5 it is only a few minutes to reach the city center, the university hospital or the main university.
