Huhu,
bei mir wird zum 1.10.23 ein Zimmer frei, weswegen ich eine entspannte und unkomplizierte Person zum zusammen Wohnen suche. Ich studiere aktuell noch (Kultur-/ Medienwissenschaften) und arbeite nebenbei. Im WG-Leben wünsche ich mir dass man zusammen Zeit verbringen und quatschen kann (wenn es passt) und ansonsten ist es denke ich aber auch normal, dass jeder natürlich mal bisschen Me-time braucht :)
Neben den Schlafzimmern (ca 13qm) gibt es ein Gemeinschaftszimmer mit Balkon und eben Küche und Bad.
Die Wohnung liegt in Eppendorf in einer schönen Gegend (Altbau), die Anbindung ist allerdings keine 10/10. Die U-Bahn Station Kellinghusenstraße ist zu Fuß 15min. entfernt, mit dem Bus 10min. Sonst ist der HaynsPark sehr dicht (im Sommer sehr schön ) und Supermärkte befinden sich auch in 5min Entfernung.
