Ich biete euch mein schönes Zimmer im Damenviertel von Jena zur Miete an! Es ist 13 m2 groß mit Blick auf Fuchsturm und Jenzig. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür aber auch zu Fuß ist man in 10 min. am Campus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Real, Netto, Rewe und Aldi sind direkt in der Nähe.
Im Zimmer befinden sich Bett mit Matratze, PC-Tisch und Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, 2 Billy-Regale; Bücherschrank und ein Beistelltisch mit Fernseher. Sie können für geringes Geld übernommen( wenn die gebraucht werden). Dazu gibt es noch 3 nette Mitbewohner.
Die Miete enthält Nebenkosten, Strom, Telefon und Internetflatrate und sowie Kabel TV.
