Für mein ehemaliges WG Zimmer im Spitzweidenweg am Saalbahnhof suche ich eine/n Mitbewohner/in.
Die Miete beträgt warm 286 Euro mit Internetflat von Kabel Deutschland.
Die Nebenkosten sind sehr gering, da die Hausfassade voriges Jahr komplett saniert wurde und mit 30cm Wärmeisolierung aufgewertet wurde.
Es gibt einen Balkon. Im Hof ist eine Wiese mit Bänken - ideal zum Grillen/Braten.
Im Dachstuhl hat man die Möglichkeit, seine Wäsche aufzuhängen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell (Ostseite mit Ausblick zum Jenzig).
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert(siehe Fotos), und wird nur gegen Ablösung von VHB 680 EURO abgegeben. Dazu gehören 2 Pax Korpusse (2m Breite, lackierte Türen, Gardinenstange, 10 Regalböden - das habe ich in 4 Jahren nicht voll bekommen...), 2 sehr praktische Regale à 2,4m Länge (ideal für Eure Schallplatten, Bücher, etc.), eine sehr energiesparende LED Deckenbeleuchtung (5x3W, so hell wie 5x 60W Halogen), ein Ikea CD Ständer und ein kleines Tischlein.
Einen Haken hat das noch: Vom Vor-Mitbewohner steht noch die Küche drinnen, die kann für 150 Euro abgenommen werden, sonst wird sie abgeholt.

I am searching for a next tenant for my 17 sqm apartment in Jena. It is partly furnished. It has grocery stores within 5 minutes of reach.
The room is very light (heading to the east).
Rent including fast internet, heating, water, warm water is 286 EUR.
For the furniture (2 long shelves, 2 big cabinets, energyefficient LED lighting) the asking price is 680 EUR. You can get the room only with the furniture, as my new apartment is already furnitured.
One thing to mention is: The kitchen furniture still belongs to my old flat-mate, and can be taken over for 150 EUR - otherwise it has to be taken out.
Marie, who lives in the other room, is 25 years old and studies e-commerce at the university of applied sciences. She is very tidy.
