Ich vermiete mein möbliertes Zimmer ( 15qm ) im Studentenwohnheim.Zum Stadzentrum 15 minuten zu Fuß und 10 bis zum Bahnhof. Bushaltestelle 5 minuten enfernt und ein Netto ist auch in der nähe.Sehr nah von der FH Jena und 2 min mit dem Bus zum Beutenbergcampus )Fraunhofer Institut , Max Planck, usw.Das Zimmer ist neu besitzt ein Fenster, wodurch es sehr hell wirkt.
Die Wohnung ist neu und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage Die WG hat eine Dusche und zwei Klos. Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 200 warm, internet inklusiv Ich vermiete das Zimmer zwischen dem 1.August und dem 30. September. Eine Verlängerumg ist möglich.

I´m renting my dorm this summer. It´s 10 mins away from Max-Planck-Institut and Fraunhofer Institut and 2 Minutes with the bus. It´s also 8 minutes away from the University. Two grocery stores are just down the street. A cafeteria is also just 5 minutes walk. The food there is very cheap 1.50 Euro, if you are a student. The dorm is in a share flat with 3 other students. The dorm is brand new. It has a two baths. I´m renting in from the 1st of August to 30th September. If you need more time there is also a possibility rent it for more time.

Wis sind eine junge und bunte WG. Zwei von denen werden nicht in der Zeit da sein. Alle sehr sympastische Studenten
