Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, da das Haus erst 2009 neu gebaut wurde. Das Zimmer ist 14 qm groß und nahezu quadratisch. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist mit Jalousien ausgestattet. Das Zimmer ist mit Laminat ausgelegt und mit einem Heizkörper ausgestattet. Da die Wohnung sehr gut isoliert ist, heizt sich die Wohnung schnell auf und hält die Wärme auch lang. Im Winter ist dies sehr angenehm. Im Sommer bleibt sie sehr kühl aufgrund der Lage im Erdgeschoss.
Die Küche ist mit Cerankochfeld, Ofen, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank (inkl. Kühlfach) ausgestattet.
Im Bad sind Dusche und Toilette und ein Tageslichtfenster vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt superzentral im schönen Damenviertel.
The apartment is a really new one because it was built in 2009.It includes a modern kitchen containing stove, fridge and dishwasher, and a bathroom with toilette and shower. The room of yours is 16 qm tall and pretty good thermally isolated. In winter it doesn’t cool very quickly and in summer it is well temperate.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage im Damenviertel in Jena. Sie liegt in absoluter Nähe zum Stadtzentrum (5 min mit dem Rad zum Löbdergraben) und zu verschiedenen universitären Einrichtungen, wie Thulb, botanischer Garten oder Uni-Hauptgebäude. Auch verschiedene naturwissenschaftliche Institute und Fakultäten sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar (Physik, Chemie, Pharmazie). Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Bus und Bahnhaltestelle befindet sich quasi vor der Haustür (Haltestelle Spittelplatz). Der Regionalbahnhof Saalbahnhof befindet sich ebenfalls nur einige Fußminuten entfernt und ist schnell erreichbar.
The apartment’s location is not far from the city centre. You can easily go by bike (5 minutes) there, or by tram or bus. That’s stations are pretty near to the apartment. The train station “Saalbahnhof” is also not far from here.
In direct neighborhood there are several institutes and institutions of the university, for example the Thulb.
Die WG wird von einem Lehramt-Studenten weiter bewohnt. Es handelt sich zwar um eine Nichtraucher-WG, solang allerdings nicht in der Wohnung geraucht wird, ist das kein Problem.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine kleine Terasse auf der man im Sommer das schöne Wetter geniessen kann. Desweiteren kann ein Parkplatz im Innenhof gemietet werden, falls das nötig ist. Stellplätze für Räder sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Kosten für Internet sind unter SOnstiges mit angegeben (ebenso der Rundfunkbeitrag). Fernsehen kann via Telecolumbus angemeldet werden.
The apartment includes a little garden in front of the flat that can be used. Furthermore you can rent a parking place in the inner courtyard. But there are also bicycle stands.
