das 11m" Zimmer liegt in der Nähe von der FH, Netto und dem Beutenbergcampus. Beides ist in etwa 8 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Bushaltestelle isr nur 1ne Minute entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist eine komplett eingerichtete 2erWG, mit einer großen Küche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Keller und Waschmaschine.
Dein Zimmer ist schon möbeliert, du kannst aber auch eigene Möbel mitbringen. Vorhanden sind Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl , Schrank, Couch und Bett. Wenn du Interesse daran hast kannst du die Möbel einzeln oder komplett erwerben.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1.Oktober zu vermieten. Du kannst aber auch schon ab dem 27. September einziehen. Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete (235€)

We can offer 11m² room in the quiet and lovely Jena West, by walk just 8 minutes near to the Fachhochschule, Netto and Beutenberg Campus.
The flat is 2 WG, with a big and cute kitchen were to cook with your flatmate, a complete bathroom, basement and washmachine.
In the room can be found complete forniture : desk, desk chair, closet, couch and bed. If you are interested in the forniture or just some stuff we can make a good deal.
If you are interested in the offer you can rent the room since the 1st October , also if you want you can move earlier for free since the 27 th September, and the deposit is just one rent month (235 euro).
