2er WG in Lobeda-West

Die Wohnung liegt 2 Minuten von Park und Saale entfernt. Da gibt es auch ein paar nette Badestellen. In einer halben Stunde bist du im Grünen auf der Lobdeburg, von wo viele weitere schöne Wanderwege der Saale-Horizontale weiterführen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind per Fuß alle in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (Netto, Kaufland etc.). An Apotheken und Ärztehäusern mangelt es ebenfalls nicht.
Die WG befindet sich in Lobeda-West direkt an der gleichnamigen Tram-Haltstelle, wo die Straßenbahnen Richtung Innenstadt im 10-Minuten-Takt fahren. Der Bahnhof Göschwitz ist mit Fahrrad 5 Minuten, zu Fuß 10 Minuten oder mit Tram 3 Minuten entfernt. Wenn du mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt möchtest, fährst du ungefähr 20 Minuten und die meiste Zeit den schönen Saale-Radweg entlang.
(Lobeda-West habe ich die letzten fünf Jahre als ruhigen und friedlichen Stadtteil kennengelernt.)

Our apartment is located 2 minutes from the park and the Saale. There are also a few nice swimming spots. In half an hour you are in the green on the Lobdeburg, from where many other beautiful hiking trails of the Saale-Horizontale continue.
Shopping facilities are all within walking distance (Netto, Kaufland, etc.). There is also no lack of pharmacies and medical centers.
The WG is located in Lobeda-West directly at the streetcar stop of the same name, where the streetcars towards the city center leave every 10 minutes. The train station Göschwitz is 5 minutes away by bike, 10 minutes away by foot or 3 minutes away by streetcar. If you want to bike into town, you'll ride about 20 minutes and most of the time along the beautiful Saale bike path.

Ich suche nur Frauen, inter, nicht binäre und trans* Personen!

Die WG ist eine zweier-WG. Ich bin Salomé (24) und wohne seit 2018 in der WG.
Im Zusammenleben ist mir ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis wichtig, das WG-Leben soll nicht auf eine Zweckgemeinschaft hinauslaufen. Mit den Personen, mit denen ich bisher gewohnt habe, gab es immer ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis, was ich mir auch weiterhin im WG -Leben wünschen würde. Ich weiß, dass der Pressure hoch ist, wenn man zu zweit wohnt - deswegen hier mal ein paar Sachen zu mir, damit du dir vorstellen kannst, worauf du dich einlässt. Ich interessiere ich mich sehr für Musik und tausche mich gerne über politische Themen aus. Ich lebe vegan und koche sehr gerne, auch für andere Personen. (Feedback von Freund:innen ist dass ich auch sehr lecker koche.) Außerdem versuche ich gerade ein wenig Spanisch zu lernen und studiere Soziologie an der FSU und bin deswegen auch viel auf dem Campus unterwegs.
Was Gemeinschaftsräume angeht, haben wir ein Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon, auf dem man zusammen abhängen kann. Ab und zu kommen auch Freund:nnen oder Besuch in der WG vorbei. Trotzdem soll die WG auch ein Rückzugsort sein, wo man sich nach einem langen Uni- oder Arbeitstag auch mal allein zurückziehen kann. Wichtig finde ich vor allem, die Bedürfnisse der anderen Person gegenseitig zu respektieren und offen darüber zu kommunizieren. In der WG bestand ein grober Haushaltsplan mit Rollenverteilung bezüglich der Aufgaben. Ich bin sehr flexibel, was die Verteilung von Haushaltspflichten angeht und wir finden bestimmt einen Weg.

The flat share is for two people. I am Salomé (24) and have been living in the shared flat since 2018.
A friendly relationship is important to me when living together; life in a shared flat should not be a partnership of convenience. I've always had a friendly relationship with the people I've lived with so far, which is something I'd like to continue in shared flat life. I know that the pressure is high when you live with two people - so here are a few things about me so that you can imagine what you're getting yourself into. I'm very interested in music and enjoy discussing political issues. I'm vegan and love to cook, even for other people. (Feedback from friends is that I also cook very tasty food.) I'm also trying to learn a bit of Spanish and I'm studying sociology at FSU, so I'm out and about on campus a lot.
As far as communal areas are concerned, we have a living room and a balcony where you can hang out together.From time to time, friends or visitors come to the shared flat. Nevertheless, the shared flat should also be a place to retreat to alone after a long day at university or work.Above all, I think it's important to respect each other's needs and communicate openly about them. In the shared flat, there was a rough household plan with a division of roles in terms of tasks. I'm very flexible when it comes to sharing household duties and we'll find a way.

Die Wohnung ist 59 Quadratmeter groß. Sie hat neben den beiden Schlafzimmern ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, eine kleine Küche (die gut mit Mixer, Reiskocher und anderen Sachen ausgestattet ist. Ich trinke zwar selbst keinen Kaffee, zu Irritation meines Umfelds, aber eine Espressokanne gibt es trotzdem), ein Bad und ein zugehöriges Kellerabteil. Im Wohnzimmer haben wir der Bücherregale und ein Sofa, einen Couchtisch, Esstisch und Stühle sowie einen Eckschrank. Auf dem Balkon stehen bereits ein paar Sitzgelegenheiten, bisher wurde er aber nicht wirklich genutzt. Sowohl bei der Balkon- als auch bei der Wohnungsgestaltung sind deine Ideen und Wünsche willkommen. Die Gesamtwohnung ist allgemein gut mit Tageslicht erhellt.

The apartment is 59 square meters in size. In addition to the two bedrooms, it has a large living room with a balcony, a small kitchen (which is well equipped with a blender, rice stove and the star of the apartment, a dishwasher. I don't drink coffee myself, much to the irritation of those around me, but there is still an espresso pot), a bathroom and a cellar compartment. In the living room we have bookshelves and a sofa, a coffee table, dining table and chairs as well as a corner cupboard. There are already a few seats on the balcony, but so far it hasn't really been used. Your ideas and wishes are welcome for both the balcony and the apartment design. The entire apartment is generally well lit with natural light.
