Hallo,
aufgrund meiner Exmatrikulation, muss ich leider mein voll möbiliertes Zimmer aufgeben. Es ist 19qm groß, besitzt zwei Doppelfenster - also schön hell- mit Rollos. Außerdem sind ein Schreibtisch, ein weiterer Tisch, 2 Stühle, ein Bett und ein großer Schrank im Zimmer. Toilette und Dusche sind seperat, also kommt man sich mit seinen Mitbewohner selten in die Quere. Außerdem gibt es für zehn Euro im Monat eine Internet-Flatrate. Da das Zimmer in einem Studentwohnheim ist, dürfen nur Studenten dort wohnen. Jedoch dann die gesamte Regelstudienzeit.
Wer das Zimmer besichtigen will, brauch sich nur bei mir melden. Wem das Zimmer gefällt und es haben möchte bekommt es auch: Also wer zuerst kommt, malt zuerst.
