Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer...eines davon ist Durchgangszimmer und wird als Aufenthaltsraum und fürs Wäsche trocknen genutzt. Das Zimmer, was frei wird, hat 12qm...meiner Meinung nach ausreichend. Was ich immer schön fand sind die Bäume vorm Fenster....jaja sogar in Lobeda kann es schön sein;)
Unser Haus nennt man die Chinesische Mauer von Jena:)
Lobeda ist nicht so schlimm, wie alle denken. Es wohnen sehr viele Studenten hier. Gleich hinter unserem Haus befindet sich die Lobdeburg...ein beliebstes Ausflugsziel.
Die Bahn in die Stadt (Nr. 5) fährt alle fünf Minuten und man fährt 12 Minuten. Ausserdem fahren auch nachts Bahnen nach Lobeda und man kommt auch zu allen Bahnhöfen.
Netto, Kaufland, Rewe, Rossmann, Döner, Pizzaria u.a. sind in max 10 min zu erreichen.
