Hallo,
wir suchen ab sofort einen neuen Nachmieter für das 10 qm Zimmer in unsere 3er WG in Jena Lobeda Ost. Die Zimmer sind alle mit neuen PVC - Bodenbelag in Laminatoptik ausgestattet.
Es handelt sich um eine 4 - Raumwohnung mit einer offenen Wohnküche und großen Balkon. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, mit Ofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und was man sonst so braucht. Eine Waschmaschine steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Im Keller hat man noch genug Stauraum.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Jena Lobeda Ost.
Man hat gute Anbindungen zum Nahverkehr. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß und ist in 12 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Es ist auf jeden fall eine sehr ruhige Lage, Straßenverkehr etc. gibt es hier kaum.
Gleich um die Ecke ist ein Netto und der Salvador - Allende - Platz mit Sparkasse, Rewe, Aldi, etc. ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
