Gesucht wird einneuer Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin, das Zimmer ist 10 m² groß und hat ein Fenster nach Westen. In dem Zimmer sind ein Schreibtisch, Bücherregal und zwei kleine Tische befinden, diese können übernommen werden. Die Wg hat einen Balkon und einen Keller.
Die Miete beträgt 145€ und 35€ für Nebenkosten (Strom, Internet usw.)
Die Wg befindet sich in Lobeda-West in der 5. Etage.
Die Straßenbahn ist 5 min. entfernt, mit der man in 17 min. im Stadtzentrum und an der Uni ist. Auch Kaufland ist nur 5 min. entfernt.
Außerdem sind auch noch weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, wie Netto, Rewe, usw.
Da in der Wg gerade auch die andere Mitbewohnerin auszieht und somit der Alex der einzige ist der dort wohnt. Die WG ist sehr nett und umgänglich.
Neben Internet gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler.
Das Zimmer kann bei Bedarf auch vor dem 1.März bezogen werden.
