Du suchst ein Zimmer, wir haben eins
Das Zimmer befindet sich in Jena-Lobeda West in einem neusanierten 5-Geschosser, das Zimmer selbst ist 15,5 qm groß und befindet sich in der 3ten Etage.
Die Wohnung is gut gelegen, es sind nur 5 min bis ins Kaufland und zu Netto. Straßenbahnhaltestellen, egal ob Emil-Wölk-Str.oder Lobeda-West sind auch gleich um die Ecke, von dort aus sind es ca 10-15 min bis in die Innenstadt.
Neben mir (Steffen) hast du noch eine nette und ruhige Mitbewohnerin (Dorothee).
Ich selbst bin Sportwissenschaftler und schon im Berufsleben angelant, und Dorothee schreibt grad an ihrere Diplomarbeit.
