Das Zimmer ist ca 11,5 Quadratmeter groß und durch die zwei Fenster sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet.
Der Boden ist wie im Rest der Wohnung mit Linoleum Boden in Kork Optik ausgelegt.
Das Zimmer ist nach Osten ausgerichtet, so dass du im Sommer nicht allzu sehr schwitzen musst, aber am Morgen von der Sonne geküsst wirst ;-)
Außerdem hast du einen tollen Ausblick auf die Lobdeburg.
Ich habe in meinem Zimmer alles nötige unterbringen können und besitze sogar ein großes Bett. Platz zum Tanzen war trotzdem noch :D
Die WG befindet sich in Lobeda West.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle fußläufig in 2 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen ( Kaufland, Netto, Aldi, Rewe)
Mit dem Auto bist du ganz schnell auf der Autobahn und zur Straßenbahn Haltestelle (Emil-Wölk-Straße) sind es auch bloß 5-7 Minuten.
Also alles super easy zu erreichen.
In der Uni bist du in etwa 25 Minuten.
Ich würde grundsätzlich gerne meinen Kleiderschrank im Zimmer lassen, da dieser vermutlich keinen weiteren Umzug übersteht.
