Das Zimmer ist recht groß und hell, damit gut für viele Pflanzen geeignet. Man bekommt die Straßenbahn vor dem Fenster auf jeden Fall mit aber gewöhnt sich sehr schnell dran. Sonst bietet die Wohung noch ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einen kleinen Balkon mit saftigem Kunstrasen.
The Room is pretty big and bright, so well suited for some plants. You can definitly hear the tram outside the window, but you get used to it fast. Other than that the flat offers one bathroom with bathtube and a small balcony with a lushious green plastic lawn.
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Nordschule, (2min) und Lidl oder Edeka sind in max. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Universität ist es auch nicht weiter, bis zur EAH dauert es aber mit Fahrrad 15min, mit öffis 20 mins.
The Flat is directly at the Tram Stop Nordschule (2mins) and Lidl or Edeka are close by as well (10mins). FSU is close as well, to EAH its about 15-20 minutes.
In der WG begrüßen dich zwei cute boys, Fabian und Martin.
Fabi studiert Sci-Tec an der Eah, ist sonst an/hinter den Thresen Jenas zu finden aber zählt seine Tage hier bereits, da er wahrscheinlich nur noch ein paar Monate da ist.
Martin schreib an seiner Abschlussarbeit als Übersetzer für Englisch und Spanisch. Außerdem arbeitet er bei FritzMitte und hat damit Zugriff auf soviel Frittierfett wie du nur trinken kannst.
Das WG-Leben ist recht locker, beide kochen gerne und genug, sodass man selten Hunger leidet. Es wird durchaus zusammen das ein oder andere Bier getrunken, hin und wieder auch mit der WG oben drüber. Die WG ist definitiv keine Zweck-WG aber es gibt auch keine WG-Pflichttermine und beide sind öfter auch einfach mal ein paar Tage verschollen.
Die Besitzverhältnisse von Gütern wie Bier, Nudeln oder Sojasoße sind meist frei interpretierbar.
The inhabitants are two adorable boys, Fabian and Martin.
Fabi studies Sci-Tec at EAH and can be found in and around bar counters all over Jena. He might not live here for long though.
Martin is writing his thesis as a translator (he didnt translate this, this is all my fault) for english and spanish, currently he works at the burger and fries joint FritzMitte.
The coexsitence is pretty chill, both guys like to cook often and enough, so you wont go hungry. We do drink a beer or two together occasionally, maybe even with the people upstairs.
This definitly isnt are purly practical living arrangement, we do enjoy spending time together but there are no mandatory Events and both martin and fabi sometimes dont show up for a few days.
The conditions of ownership for goods like pasta, soysauce or beer are seldom clear and up for interpretation.

Beziehbar wäre das Zimmer auch schon ab dem 27.7 ten. Es würde mich außerdem freuen wenn du ein paar der Möbel und die Vorhänge übernehmen würdest, das ist aber kein muss.

With heating the price is currently around 312euro/month.
You could move in starting 27.7.. It would be great if you would take some of my furniture and the drapes for a small fee, but you dont have to.
