Hallo Zusammen,
Ich suche ab dem 5. März einen Untermieter für mein vollständig eingerichtetes Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist 16 Quadratmeter groß und kann bis zum 5. Juli gemietet werden. Es befindet sich im ersten Stock und die Wohnung verfügt, neben dem Zimmer, über ein renoviertes Badezimmer, ein Gäste WC, eine Küche und ein kleines Wohnzimmer. Alles im Zimmer kann genutzt werden, außer den Bettbezügen und Laken, die der Mieter bitte selbst mitbringt. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle ist nur vier Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die S-Bahn benötigt nur 10 Minuten, um ins Stadtzentrum (Löbdergraben) zu gelangen. Die Gegend in der die Wohnung liegt ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend mit vielen jungen Familien und älteren Menschen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist zu Fuß sechs Minuten entfernt.
Das WG Leben gestaltet sich bei uns nicht als sonderlich aufregend, wir gucken abends ab und zu mal ein Film zusammen aber eigentlich macht jeder sein eigenes Ding.

Hello everyone,
Starting from March 5th, I am looking for a subtenant for my fully furnished room. The room is 16 square meters and can be rented until July 5th. It is located on the first floor and the apartment also features a renovated bathroom, a guest toilet, a kitchen, and a small living room. Everything in the room can be used except for the bed sheets and linens, which the tenant should bring along. The S-Bahn stop is only a four-minute walk away, and it takes only 10 minutes to get to the city center (Löbdergraben) by S-Bahn. The area where the apartment is located is a very quiet neighborhood with many young families and elderly people. The nearest supermarket is a six-minute walk away.
Living in our shared apartment is not particularly exciting, as we occasionally watch a movie together in the evenings, but everyone mostly does their own thing.
