Heating is available in the room. You have control over the thermostat. Due to the great location, the room is never hot in the summer.

Your roommate will be a quiet, clean and respectful male student. He will move out at the end of July, but the returning roommate is also a male student around 23 years old, clean and respectful likewise.

There is a fully stocked kitchenette with 4 electric stoves, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a small fridge and kitchenware.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower.
The toilet is in an adjacent room.
