The room is really big and comfortable and has also a huge balcony, where you can have a nice breakfast or drink a glass of wine.
The flat is situated in a very quiet and green quarter in Lobeda Ost and the view from the balcony is just amazing!
Nearby you will find everything you need! Shops, a pharmacy, University hospital, hiking paths - everything is really close and you can walk by feet.
In 15 Minutes with the tram you will be in the city center or at the University (ist a direct line)
Its possible to live in the room as a COUPLE! The price is the same
