in unserer schönen WG in Jena Ost (Zentrum zu Fuß 15 min entfernt) wird für ab dem 1. März ein Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer hat laut Grundriss etwa 14 qm. Ein Fenster nach Südwesten sorgt für ausreichend Licht und bietet Blick auf den Hausberg mit viel Grün. Die Küche hat alles was das Herz begehrt, mit Ausnahme eines Gefrierfachs. Im großen Bad stehen eine Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne.

Dear friends,
we have a room to rent in our appartment. It’s located in Jena Ost (city center 15 min walk). The room is available from March 1st 2020.
Your room is about 14 m². There is a big window through which you see lot of green. The kitchen has everything you need, except a freezer. There is a washing machine and a bathtub in our big bathroom.
Die Lage ist optimal, man ist mit dem Rad in 5 min in der Stadt, zu Fuß braucht man nur 10 min zum UHG und 15 min zum Uni-Campus, es gibt einen Bäcker vor der Haustür und auch die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Geschwister Scholl Straße ist gleich vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG.

The location is very good. You are in the center in 5 min by bike, there is a bakery on the other side oft he street and the tram station is also very close. The appartment is on third floor.
Deine Mitbewohner studieren beide Lehramt und sind
Johanna, 21 Jahre, irgendwo aus Brandenburg, hat viel Energie und ist sehr aufgeschlossen. Sie studiert dann im 5. Semester Lehramt Bio und Deutsch.
Julius, 26 Jahre, aus Dresden, spielt gerne Basketball sowie mehrere Instrumente und in einer Band. Er studiert Lehramt Geschichte, Politik und Philosophie.

Julius, 26 years old, likes playing basketball and plays several insturments and in a band. His subjects are history, politics and philosophy.
