Wir suchen eine*n neue*n Bewohner*in :) Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht riesig, aber man kann es sich sehr gemütlich machen. Das Fenster zeigt zur Talstraße raus, die kaum befahren ist. Bei offenem Fenster kann man sogar die Leutra plätschern hören. Ein Vorhang ist auch schon drin :) Drinnen rauchen geht nicht, aber du kannst dafür runter in den Hof.
An der Wohnung etwas ungewöhnlich ist, dass die Küche kein eigener Raum ist, sondern im Flur mit eingebaut. Genug Platz zum Kochen ist trotzdem da. Der große Pluspunkt der Wohnung: Wir haben ein Wohnzimmer (mit gemütlichem Sofa und Gästebett)! Dort wird gern ausgiebig gefrühstückt, Zeitung gelesen, Wein getrunken etc. und natürlich vor allem mit den Mitbewohnis gechillt.
Es gibt außerdem Pläne vom Vermieter, dass im Sommer eins der anderen Zimmer zu einer richtigen Küche umgebaut und dort außerdem ein Balkon angebaut wird! :) Genau steht das aktuell aber noch nicht fest.

The room is not huge, but you can make yourself very comfortable. The window faces the Talstraße, where there is hardly any traffic. With the windows open, you can even hear the Leutra! You cannot smoke inside, but you can go down to the courtyard.
What is unusual about the flat is that the kitchen is not a separate room, but is built into the hallway. Nevertheless, there is enough space for cooking. The big plus of the flat: We have a living room (with a cosy sofa)! We like to have breakfast there, read the newspaper, drink wine, etc. and, of course, chill out with our flatmates.
However, the landlord has plans to build a "real" kitchen and a balcony next summer, so the flat might be even nicer then! :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Jena West in der Talstraße. Das Stadtzentrum und die Uni sind zu Fuß in 10 min erreichbar, auch ein Bus fährt in der Nähe, ein paar Häuser weiter befindet sich ein Norma zum Einkaufen und auch zwei Bars (Leutraquelle und Zapata) hat die Nachbarschaft zu bieten. Gleichzeitig ist es sehr ruhig und man ist in einer Minute auf einem Spazierweg an der Leutra und kann sich direkt ins Grüne oder zu Wanderungen aufmachen. Der Friedensberg für ein abendliches Picknick oder ein spannendes Tischtennis-Match sind auch gleich um die Ecke. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind der Keller sowie der frei benutzbare Hinterhof zum Grillen, Gärtnern, Werkeln und Entspannen.

The flat is located in beautiful Jena West on Talstraße. The city centre and the university can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, there is also a bus nearby, a Norma for shopping is a few houses away and the neighbourhood also has two bars (Leutraquelle and Zapata) to offer. At the same time, it is very quiet and you can be on a walking path along the Leutra in a minute and head straight for the countryside or for hikes. The Friedensberg for an evening picnic or an exciting table tennis match are also just around the corner. Another plus is the cellar and the freely usable backyard for barbecuing, gardening, working and relaxing.

Zur Zeiten wohnen hier Björn, Louise und Arianna.
Björn (34) ist immer für einen Kaffee zu haben. Einst hat er Biologie studiert und gerade eine Ausbildung zum Erzieher begonnen. Er verbringt gerne Zeit mit Freunden und Familie, kümmert sich um einen Gemeinschafts-Schrebergarten, mag Wandern/Spazieren, Tischtennis, Spiele spielen und ist ein großer Pflanzen-Fan.
Louise (29) ist noch relativ frisch in der WG und hat mit Björn die Ausbildung zur Erzieher:in begonnen. Louise hat sehr viele Spiele und hat große Lust diese auch mit der WG zu spielen. Außerdem trifft sich Louise gerne mit Freunden zum Sport oder zum Kochen.
Arianna (27) studiert Soziologie im Master und schreibt gerade an ihrer Masterarbeit. Sie erkundet gern wandernd oder radfahrend Jenas Umgebung und kann sich jederzeit für einen Spieleabend begeistern. Da die Masterarbeit hoffentlich bald fertig ist und dann vermutlich ein Umzug in eine andere Stadt ansteht, wird Arianna voraussichtlich im Laufe des Frühjahrs/ Sommers aus der WG ausziehen.
Uns ist insgesamt ein liebevolles und familiäres Miteinander, das auf offener Kommunikation und Rücksichtnahme basiert, in der WG wichtig. Wir suchen jemensch, die*der Lust auf Gemeinschaft hat: gemeinsames Kochen und Spieleabende, Ausflüge, Wandern stehen da z.B. hoch im Kurs. Dennoch ist es natürlich selbstredend, dass jede Person in der WG unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse hat, auf die Rücksicht genommen wird.

Arianna, Björn and Louise currently live here.
Björn (34) is always up for a coffee. He once studied biology and has just started training as an educator. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, taking care of a community shrub garden, likes hiking/walking, playing table tennis, playing games and is a huge fan of plants.
Louise (29) is still relatively new in the WG and has started their training as an educator with Björn. Louise has a lot of games and is keen to play them with the group. They also like to meet friends for sports or cooking.
Arianna (27) is studying sociology for her Master's degree and likes to explore Jena's surroundings by hiking or cycling. She will finish her Master soon, so probably she´ll move out by spring or summer.
All in all, it is important for us to have a loving and familiar atmosphere in the flat-sharing community, based on open communication and consideration. We are looking for someone who enjoys community: cooking and game nights together, excursions, hiking, Sunday pancake breakfasts, for example, are very popular. Nevertheless, it goes without saying that each person in the shared flat has different needs, which will be taken into account.
