da ich nun mein Auslandssemester Ende Januar antreten werde, muss ich leider unsere schöne WG verlassen. Mein Zimmer umfässt 18 qm² und bietet somit viel Platz. 2 große Zimmer sorgen für viel Wärme und Licht in dem Zimmer und der Parkettboden rundet die ganze Sache harmonisch ab.Die Warmmiete beträgt 192€!Sehr günstig, wenn man bedenkt, dass man gerade mal 10 Minuten benötigt, um in das Stadtinnere zu gelangen.Die Keller- und Gartennutzung ist natürlich selbstverständlich.Auch der Plus in 2Minuten Fussweg Entfernung und ein Bäcker im Haus vermeiden aufwendiges Einkaufen.
Also, falls ihr Interesse habt, meldet euch bitte!Bei der Verabredung bzgl. Uhrzeit und Datum bin ich momentan sehr felxibel:)
