Ich bin während sep. und Nov. nicht in Jena und suche eine/n nette/n ZwischenmieterIn.
DAS ZIMMER:
Das Zimmer kostet nur 161euro warm, plus 10 euro für Internet
Das Zimmer in 2er WG ist Voll-Möbliert mit:
Bett, Ferseher, Schreibtisch am fenster und Bücherregal, Kleiderschrank, Stühle, usw.
DIE LAGE:
Das Zimmer ist in einem Studentenwohnheim. Das Whonheim ist Zentral gelegen und am Saal
10 min. zur Uni und in die Bibliothek (zu Fuß).
Bus-Haltestelle liegt direkt vorm Wohnheim.
Näher von Paradiesbahnhof, braucht nur 5 min zu Fuß.
Beste eingkaufsmögliketen: Aldi, Rewe, Gemüseladen, Cafe's... eigentlich alles.
Die Nachbarin ist nett und sehr entspannt.
Es gibt noch einen Waschkeller im Studentenwohnheim
DER PLAN:
Du kannst das Zimmer entweder ab 01.09.2009 oder ab 01.10.2009 mieten, wäre verhandelbar
