Ein sehr großes, voll möbliertes WG-Zimmer in vollständig eingerichtetem Haus direkt am Beutenberg-Campus. Zur Fachhochschule läuft man 10 Minuten, ins Stadtzentrum 20-25. (3 bzw 8 Minuten mit dem Bus, Linie 10, 11, 12, oder 13 halten direkt hinterm Haus).
Internet, Telefon, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gasherd und Ofen sind vorhanden.
Das Zimmer hat eine Tür zum Garten, in dem gerne gegrillt werden kann. Die anderen vier Studenten sind sehr nette und freundliche Erstsemester.
Ich suche einen Nachmieter, der MINDESTENS bis zum 30. September 2011 bleibt, du kannst aber auch einen Vertrag bis zum Ende des nächsten Studienjahres 2011/2012 oder länger abschließen.

Very big and furnished room to rent in fully furnished house next to Beutenberg Campus. That's 10min walk to Fachhochschule and 20-25min walk to the city centre. (3 and 8 min respectively if you take the bus 10, 11, 12, or 13).
Internet, telephone, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooker, oven... everything.
The room has even direct access to the garden (barbecues, etc are welcome!).
The other 4 students living here are really nice and friendly.
The MINIMUM STAY is until 30-September-2011, but you can also extend the contract for the next academic year 2011/2012.
