Ich ziehe zurueck ins Heimatland und muss nun eine/n sympatische/n Nachmieter/in fuer mein Zimmer finden! Das Zimmer ist 11qm gross und hat einen kleinen Balkon auf den Hinterhof. Die 3er WG ist zwar klein aber ein sehr gemuetliches Zuhause. Die WG liegt am Jahnplatz in Jena West neben dem Cafe Zapata, man ist in 5-10 min. zu Fuss in der Innenstadt (Campus und Tegut) und der Norma liegt auch um die Ecke. Die Bushaltestelle (Linie 14) in der Lutherstrasse ist in 2 min zu erreichen.
Die Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und freuen sich auf jemanden, der/die ab und zu mal gemeinsam kochen und quatschen moechte.
Du kannst meine Matratze (8 Monate alt, ohne Bett), einen grossen Schrank, einen kleinen Schreibtisch (ohne Stuhl) und eine antike Kommode fuer 10 Euro uebernehmen.
Das Zimmer ist frei ab dem 13. Dezember, aber du koenntest auch ab 1. Januar einziehen, ohne fuer Dezember zu bezahlen.

I am moving back to the homeland and now have to find a nice person to rent my room after I'm gone! The room is 11 m^2 and has a small balcony on the backside of the building. This 3-bedroom apartment is small but a very comfortable home. The apartment is near Jahnplatz in Jena West next to the Cafe Zapata, only 5-10 mins walking distance from the city center (Campus and Tegut). The bus stop for line 14 on Lutherstrasse is only 2 min away.
The roommates are really nice and would love to have a new roommate to cook and chat with once in awhile.
For only 10 EUR, you can have my mattress (8 months old, without the bed frame), large wardrobe, desk (without a chair), an antique bureau/chest of drawers, and a small balcony.
The room is free starting December 13th. You may move in after Jan 1st without paying for December.
p.s. The roommates are incredibly foreigner-friendly!! :)
