da ich über die Semesterferien nicht in Jena bin, würde ich mein Zimmer gerne zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung stellen.
Bei Bedarf könnt ihr auch schon etwas früher kommen bzw. länger bleiben.
Die Wohnung an sich ist eine 2-Raum-Wohnnung.
Mein Zimmer hat ca. 15 qm mit schönen großen Fenstern.
Das Bad ist recht groß und auch die Küche lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Bett, Schreibtisch und ausreichend Stauraum ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral.
Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür (50m) und man ist
mit dem Bus innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Löbdergraben. Aber auch zu Fuß zur Uni ist man sehr schnell (max. 10 Min).
Direkt gegenüber ist ein Waschsalon.
Einkausmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Das komplette Inventar an Küchenutensilien und Co bleibt natürlich hier und ihr könnt das alles benutzen :)
