Liebe Zimmer-Suchende, ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin für meine große Wohnung. Es handelt sich um zwei mit einer Tür verbundene Zimmer, die zusammen 23 qm haben. Küche, Bad und Flur sind natürlich zur Mitbenutzung. Die Zimmer sind schön hell und haben Dielenboden, der aber leider etwas quietscht :-).
Straßenbahn und Bus sind in drei Minuten zu erreichen, zu Fuß sind es in die Innenstadt ca. 15 Minuten, mit dem ÖPNV ca. 10 Minuten.
Aus Zeitgründen ist ein ausgeprägtes WG-Leben leider nicht möglich. Das heißt jedoch nicht, dass wir nicht miteinander sprechen, wenn man sich sieht oder etwas zusammen kochen und trinken. Partys sollten jedoch woanders stattfinden.
Ich suche eine nette, ruhige, zuverlässige Mitbewohnerin, die mit Spülmaschine, Mülleimer, Staubsauger und Lappen vertraut ist und sie zu bedienen weiß :-)
