Das Zimmer ist klein, aber dafür sehr zentral gelegen. (Bis zum Campus sind es nur 4 Min.) Das Zimmer befindet sich in der 3. Etage.
Außerdem ist noch ein großer Abstellraum im Keller (sowie Platz für Fahrräder vorhanden). Die Küche kann selbstverständlich mitgenutzt werden, Herd, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden.
Im Bad befinden sich eine Dusche sowie die Waschmaschine.
Das Zimmer ist zentral in der Stadt gelegen; Zu Fuß sind es gerade mal 4 Min. bis zum Uni-Campus.
Auch Westbahnhof und der Paradiesbahnhof sind in der Nähe.
Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind hier überall u.a. in der Goethegalerie gegenüber (tegut, usw.)
Gute Verkehrsanbindung (Haltestelle Ernst-Abbe-Platz).
Gesucht wird ein sympathischer Mitbewohner/ eine sympathische Mitbewohnerin, Alter zwischen 18 und 30 Jahren, Student/in, arbeitend - egal.
WG ist nett, aber weniger partyorientiert und besteht einer Auszubildenden und einer Lehramtsstudentin.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei und nicht möbiliert.
Rauchen ist nur außerhalb der Wohnung erlaubt.
