starting as of today we would like to welcome a new flat mate in our nice apartment on ground level in the Jenaer Damenviertel. with 18sqm your room has the same size as the other two we live in. The flat is really cosy (especially thanks to the wooden floor) and always clean and tidy. We have a big fully equipped kitchen where we like to cook, learn or just have an easy chat. The bathroom is also quite big and includes a tub and a laundry machine.
now to your room: it is on the sunny southern side of the building with views into the yard of some surrounding buildings making it a quiet place away from the road. up until september you can use all my furniture i'm going to leave in the room. some of the stuff can change the owner for a good price, the rest will go with me in about 6 months.
we live on the outskirts of Damenviertel, got a bakery, a supermarket, nail polish shop and public transport just around the corner. you can easily walk into the city within 10 minutes, cycling halves the time and by tram it's only 3 stops. in case you enjoy walking feel the Saale is an easy 200m away.
22 & 25y old, Paulina studies sociology and Andre works already. We are easy going people and call our home a calm and relaxed place and like to enjoy evenings together. feel free to close your door if you want privacy...
