Ich verreise Ende September bis Anfang Oktober für drei Wochen und würde gern für diesen Zeitraum mein WG-Zimmer im schönen Magdelstieg verleihen.
Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß, hat ein Fenster, das nach hinten raus geht und deshalb recht wenig Lärm von der Straße zu hören ist. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert mit einem Sofa, einem großen Bett, einem Sessel, einem Schrank, einem Plattenspieler, jeder Menge Büchern und Sonstigem, das du gern für die Zeit deines Aufenthalts benutzen kannst.

As I am planning to leave the country for three weeks, I'd like to lend my room to someone for this period of time.
The room is about 15 sq m large and it's window is facing towards the backyard, so there's not much noise from the street. You'll find the room fully furnished with a couch, a kingsize bed, a closet, a nice armchair and is equipped with a collection of books and records you are free to use during the time of your stay.
Die WG liegt perfekt im Herzen des Westviertels 5 Gehminuten vom Westbahnhof entfernt. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle muss man nicht einmal eine Minute gehen und das Stadtzentrum ist auch einen Katzensprung entfernt.
In der unmittelbaren Umgebung finden sich das Kassablanca, ein kleiner Kiosk, ein Edeka, Imbisse, Friseure, ein Spielplatz und jede Menge anderer Geschäfte. Die Friedrich- Schiller- Uni und die FH sind ungefähr gleich weit entfernt und innerhalb von entspannten 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

The flat is located just perfect in the middle of the Westviertel of Jena, 5 minutes of walking distance to the next Railstation (Westbahnhof) and you'll also find the next Bus Stop just around the corner. The City Centre with various shopping facilities, Museums and Restaurants is practically a stone's throw away and easily accessible by foot. In your immediate vicinity there's the Kassablanca (a nice venue for concerts and parties), a corner shop, a supermarket, hairdressers and several other stores.
The Fachhochschule (FH) and the Friedrich- Schiller- Universität are about equidistant from the flat and about 10 minutes away within easy walking distance.
In der WG leben außer mir, Erik (23) noch die Lisa (22), der Jakob (21) und die Sandra (27) alle entweder im Studium oder bereits im Berufsleben. Alle drei sind echt umgänglich und relaxed und immer zur Stelle, wenn es Fragen gibt, du jemanden zum Tee trinken suchst oder den letzten Abend Revue passieren lassen willst.

I, Erik (23), am living in this shared flat with my roommates Lisa (22), Jakob (21) and Sandra (27), who are either students or are working in Jena. You will have a very relaxed and pleasant time with them, as they are always there if you have any questions, need someone to talk or dive into the nightlife.
