Zum 3. April 2017 suche ich für das zweite Zimmer in meiner WG eine Mieterin. Das Zimmer ist ca.17m² groß, vollmöbliert (oder auf Wunsch auch unmöbliert) und hell. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles was man braucht direkt vor der Tür (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus,.....). Bahnhof und Uni/Stadtzentrum sind in 10 bis 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, im Dachgeschoss und hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Landgrafen. Kostenpunkt 320€ Miete (inkl. Internet/Telefon, Wasser und Strom).
Die Küche ist Dreh und Angelpunkt der WG. Hier wird gerne mit Gästen gekocht, gegessen und gequatscht.
I am looking for an interim flat mate. The room is available starting 3rd April 2017 till at least 31st March 2018t. It is a bright 17 square meter room, fully furnished (of unfurnished if needed) in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment comes wit a shared bathroom with a tub/shower, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washing machine and a balcony. The apartment is on the top flor of a four families home in quite area of the city center. Public transportation as well as a grocery store are in walking distance (bus 3 minutes and train about 15 minutes). It is a 10 minutes walk to the University Campus at the Ernst Abbe Platz.
The rent is 320€ (incl. energy, water and internet).

- Paradiesbahnhof/Busbahnhof ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar
- Uni Campus ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar
Achtung die Parkmöglichkeiten sind eher schlecht.
Wer spaß am Joggen hat findet in 2 Minuten den perfekten Laufweg entlang der Leutra.
