Halli Hallo,ich heiße Sarah, bin 23 Jahre alt und studiere an der FSU.
Ab dem 1.10 suche ich eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Geboten wird dir eine ca. 55 m² große Dachgeschoßwohnung (5. Etage) mit schönem, sonnigen Balkon.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 10 m² mit einer Wand als Schräge und einem Dachfenster. In der gesamten Wohnung ist helles Laminat verlegt. Die Küche ist mit einem Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und einer Mikowelle ausgestattet. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und ein großes helles Dachfenster.
Die Wohnung liegt im Damenviertel und man erreicht das Stadtzentrum in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Bäcker, Fleischer sowie Lidl sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
