ab 1.10. wird ein 19qm Zimmer mit Balkon in Jena West in der Talstr. frei. Die Wohnung (78m2) liegt sehr ruhig, doch das Zentrum ist fußläufig in 7min erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.OG eines sanierten Altbaues.(neue Fenster,neue Heizung,gedämmte Fasade)direkt am Leutra Fluss.Hinten raus sehr schön grün. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Kneipen gleich um die Ecke, Bäcker gibt es auch gleich zwei, Joggingweg direkt hinterm Haus und Sportplatz auch nicht weit.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine große Küche, ein Bad mit Wanne plus ein weiteres Zimmer was derzeit als Abstellraum dient. Mein Mitbewohner wohnt schon recht lange dort und würde sich über einen neuen MB ab 24Jahre freuen. Er selbst ist Dozent für Musik und Bewegung, spielt Capoeira und im Sambaverein.
Die Gesamtmiete für das Zimmer beläuft sich auf 303€ warm.
