das Zimmer ist mit seinen 15m² zwar nicht besonders groß, dafür mit seinen 2 Fenstern zur Südseite recht hell und gemütlich.
Einige Möbel würde ich sehr gerne in der Wohnung lassen, da ich keinerlei verwendung dafür mehr habe (Schreibstisch, verschiedene Regale, Lampe, Spiegel, Gardinen), wenn kein bearf daran besteht fliegen die Sachen halt weg.
Die Wohnung ist recht zentral gelegen, Bus und Bahn sind innerhalb von 5minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, genauso die Fachhochschule, welche genauso schnell zu erreichen ist.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind problemlos innerhalb von 2-3Minuten zu erreichen.
Das WG-Leben ist an sich erstmal recht ruchig und entspannt.
