the room is the second biggest in the flat, 16m². There are wooden floorboards in the whole flat which gives it a nice character.
The room will be unfurnished but if you wish I wil leave my bed inside and a desk.
I can leave my bed (140x2 m) and the desk on the extra photo in the room as a present for my successor if she/he wants. And also the desk on the right of the picture. For one in the middle I would like something like 20 euros
Everything (like internet) is included in the rent.
The temporary dates for visiting are Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 14-16.09, we can set a time on these dates. Please write a couple of sentences about yourself in the email ;)
The flat is 3 minutes away from the tramstation Nordschule. If you go to the Ernst-Abbe Campus by foot you need liike 15-20 depending on how fast your legs are ;) . Just round the corner (5 min) there's a Lidl, a Rewe supermarket is 10 minutes away and the Saalbahnhof is also round the corner.
The flat is home to Santiago (24), who studies political science and romanistic and Robert (23) who studies economics. Both are laid back, like to cook, go out and party or just hang around.
Santiago sometimes does some Djing so he has pretty nice speakers and a nice Tv. But it's not that there's constant noise or something. And he can make a great latte macchiato!
I am leaving Jena because i've nearly finished my thesis and also Santiago and Robert want to move out soon (probably in the next coulple of months). So this is also the opportunity to choose new flatmates and a new start.
From our hall you can get onto the roof where there's an awesome view (and we sometimes like to BBQ up there when the weather is good)
In the garden is a shed for bicycles.
Santiago originally comes from Peru, so if you want to practice your spanish it's your chance!
I am not sure but maybe i'll already move out on the weekend of the 15/16th. So you could move in the middle of septemerand you'd only half to pay half the rent of the month of course. I wil know this in the next couple of days (today: 09.09.2015).
