Hallo neuer Mitbewohner,
ab Anfang Mai hätten wir an dich ein kleines aber sehr schönes Zimmer in unserer 3er Wg zu vergeben. In dem Raum ist genug Platz für Schränke, Schreibtisch und Bett, zusätzlich ist auch noch ein kleiner Zwischenboden eingezogen der als Stauraum für einige Sachen dienen kann. Schreibtisch und ein Schrank könnten nach Absprache evt. übernommen werden falls dir noch ein paar Möbel fehlen. Das Zimmer liegt sehr ruhig zum Innenhof wie auch der Balkon der zur gemeinsamen Nutzung dient. Desweiteren haben wir eine sehr große Küche in der man entspannt mit Freunden kochen kann und auch unser Bad ist sehr geräumig.
Welcome new flatmate,
starting from may we would like to offer you a small but cosy room in our flat. The room has enouth space for a cupboard, desk and bed as well as some additional space. Most probably you can get some of the furniture from our current flatmate if you need some. The room is very quitly located into our backyard as well as the kitchen and the balcony which is shared by the flatmates. Kitchen as well as the bathroom are very spacious and very suitable for relaxed cooking events with friends.
Die WG liegt ca. 5min vom Westbahnhof und der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt und auch die Stadt ist zu Fuß in 10min zu erreichen. Direkt neben an befindet sich ein kleiner SPAR der perfekt ist falls man mal schnell was holen will oder etwas vergessen hat, ansonsten ist in 5min Entfernung auch noch ein großer EDKA. Für alle die gern Sport machen befindet sich in der unmittelbaren Nähe auch noch ein Fitnessstudio sowie eine ganz neue Boulderhalle!
Our appartment is located in 5min walking distance from the Jena West station and the next bus stop going to city centre or Beutenberg Campus. You can reach the city centre by feet in 10min as well as the Fachhochschule. There is a SPAR next to our house or a EDKA within 5min for grocery shopping as well as a gym and a climbing hall in walking distance.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Martin und ich, Juliane. Wie beide arbeiten momentan an unserer Doktorarbeit in den Naturwissenschaften. Ab und zu treffen wir uns mal zum gemeinsamen Kochen oder für ein gemütlichen Bierchen in der Küche oder am Balkon und ein paar Mal im Jahr machen wir auch eine größere WG-Party.
Ich hoffe du fühlst dich angesprochen und möchtest am liebsten sofort bei uns einziehen ;)
Falls du Interesse hast ruf mich einfach an oder schreibe mir eine E-Mail. Eine Besichtigung ist immer von Mo bis Mi ab 20Uhr möglich, evt. auch am Wochenende.

You new flatmates would be Martin and me, Juliane, we both are doing our PhD in science. We are a rather quiet, however, we meet up from time to time for dinner or drinks in tke kitchen or on our cosy balcony, as well as for a few flat partys during the year.
We are happy to get to know you, just contact me via phone or email. The flat can be visited allways from Monday to Wednesday from 8pm, maybe also on the weekend, just give me a call.
