Hallo zusammen,
in unserer Wg in der Kahlaischenstraße wird ab dem 15. August ein Zimmer frei. Es ist eine 4er-WG und du würdest mit Tom (Soziologie/Psychologie), Emanuel aus Italia (Arbeit im Autohandel) und Verena (Anglistik/Amerikanistik) zusammen wohnen!
Da es sich um eine ausgebaute Dachgeschosswohnung handelt, ist die Miete supergüstig. Kaltmiete beträgt 155 Euro und es kommen alle 2 Monate (je nach Jahreszeit) Nebenkosten zwischen 40 und 70 Euro hinzu.
Meld dich und komm doch einfach mal auf nen Kaffee vorbei :)
Die Haltestelle Mühlenstraße befindet sich unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Im Para bist du in 5 Minuten! In die Stadt sind es mit dem Fahrrad auch 5 Minuten. Zufuss 15 bis 20!
Eine Haltestelle weiter gibt es einen Lidl und einen Rewe zum einkaufen!
Der Schleichersee ist gleich um die Ecke ;)
Grillen im Garten, Bier im Park, Chillen an der Saale! Wir machen gern was zusammen und freuen uns wenn du dabei bist!!
