Da sich meine Mitbewohner für ihre Abschlussarbeiten kurzfristig von mir verabschieden, bin ich auf der Suche nach zwei neuen Mitbewohnern/-innen. Dein Zimmer ist 18 qm groß und dank des großen Fensters Licht durchflutet. Der Grundriss ist quadratisch, somit hast du viel Wohnraum. Dein Zimmer befindet sich in der Mitte der WG.
Hey there, I am looking for new flat mates. Your room is 18qm big and has a huge window. In general the room is located in the middle of the "WG".
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer kann in Jena nicht besser liegen. In 3 Minuten erreicht man alles, was man zum Leben so braucht: einen Nah&Gut, Spar, Netto, Bushaltestelle (wo alle 5 min. ein Bus in die Innenstadt abfährt).
Der Westbahnhof ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
Egal, ob man an der FH oder an der Uni studiert, beide sind gut erreichbar.
Für Freizeitaktivitäten befindet sich das Kassa, ein Fitnessstudio und Plan B Boulderhalle in guter Laufdistanz.
The apartment is perfectly located. You can easily reach several supermarkets, bus stops, train station by foot. Both universities (EAH & FSU) are near by (max. 15 min). For your free time activities there is the Kassa club, a fitness studio and a boulder gym near by.
Wie bereits erwähnt, verlassen mich meine Mitbewohner, um ihre Abschlussarbeiten in Unternehmen zu verfassen. Ich bin Felix, 30 Jahre und befinde mich im Sommer in meinem letzten Master Semester an der EAH. Ich würde das bisherige WG Leben gerne aufrecht erhalten und keine reine Zweck WG bilden. Das heißt man kann gerne mal ein Bierchen zusammen trinken, ein paar Darts Pfeile werfen oder in der Küche chillen. Wenn deine Tür zu ist, hast du aber jederzeit deine Ruhe und kannst dein eigenes Ding machen. Da unser Vermieter mit im Haus wohnt, sind Haustiere leider nicht erlaubt.
My flat mates are moving out to write their thesis. Therefor I'm looking for new flat mates. My name is Felix and I'm 30 years old. I study General Management (EAH) and will be in my last semester by April. So far we used to hang out from time to time in the kitchen and drink a beer together, or cook something. If your door is closed your privacy is accepted and you can do your thing. It would be great to keep it that way :) Our landlord lives in this house as well and unfortunately pets are not allowed.
Dein Rad kannst du im Fahrradkeller abstellen und deine Wäsche draußen im Hinterhof aufhängen. Einen separaten Keller haben wir leider nicht. Für dein Zimmer wäre ein Abschlag von 60€ (Waschmaschine und Router) fällig.
Deine restlichen Fragen können wir dann bei der Besichtigung klären. Am besten erreicht ihr mich per WhatsApp/SmS, ihr könnt mich aber auch gerne versuchen anzurufen.
You can store your bike inside the house. We also have a little porch behind the house, where you can hang your laundry. Unfortunately we don't have a separate storage room.
For your room we need a part payment for the laundry machine and internet hardware (60€). Looking forward to meet you.
