da ich Jena bald verlasse, wird zum 1.10. mein wunderschönes Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung hat 110m², ein Bad, zwei Toiletten, eine gemeinsame Küche und als besonderes Highlight einen Balkon, auf dem du die Herbstsonne genießen kannst!
Dein Zimmer hat 22m², auf denen du dich nach Lust und Laune austoben kannst. Durch die vier großen Fenster und die hohen Decken ist das Zimmer sehr hell und freundlich - der große Erker (perfekt passend für ein Bett) gibt dem Zimmer das besondere Extra. Im Zimmer ist helles Laminat in Holzoptik verlegt.
Je nach Wunsch kann das Zimmer unmöbliert oder mit einigen Möbeln (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Sofa,...) übergeben werden.
Mit den übrigen Mieter*innen des Hauses haben wir ein sehr gutes Verhältnis, von Zeit zu Zeit sitzen wir auch gemeinsam mal auf ein Bierchen im von allen nutzbaren Garten (jap, wir haben einen Garten!) zusammen.

because I´m gonna leave Jena, my beautiful room will be vacant from 1st of october. The flat has 110m², a bathroom, two toilets, a shared kitchen ans as special highlight a comfy balcon to enjoy the autumn sun at!
Your room has 22m² that you can shape as it suits for you. Due to the four big windows and the high ceilings the room appear very bright and friendly - the big oriel (fits perfect for a bed) gives it that litte bit extra. Laminate is laid in the room. As you wish the room will be handed furnished or unfirnished.
Zentraler kann man in Jena kaum wohnen. Wir wohnen direkt hinter der Stadtkirche - du fällst aus der Tür und bist fast im Uni-Hauptgebäude, gleich um die Ecke ist die Bibliothek.
Zum Aldi und Spar läufst du weniger als 5 Minuten, den Abbe-Campus, das wunderschöne Saaleufer, den Paradiespark und -Bahnhof sowie die Wagnergasse (Kneipenmeile Jenas) kannst du alles innerhalb von maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Falls du doch mal mit der Bahn fahren musst ist die nächste Haltestelle nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Bäcker und ein Späti sind direkt in der Parallelstraße - Alles was das Herz begehrt liegt also nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt :)
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig und man hört bei offenem Fenster die Vögel zwitschern.

The house is very central located - right in the citry centre next to the University ain buildung (UHG), the library ist just around the corner. Within five minutes you´ll reach the campus ans almost every shopping opportunities (ALDI, tegut, SPAR, organic stores, ...). Right nex to our house are a bakery and a kiosk.
Du lebst nach deinem Einzug in einer aufgeschlossenen, bunt gemischten WG mit Mitbewohnis im Alter zwischen 24 und 26 Jahren zusammen. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnis wären Marie, Philipp, Jana und Delshad. Das leben in der WG ist sehr entspannt, es bietet sowohl Raum für einen gemütlichen Plausch auf dem Balkon, als auch genügend Privatspähre - ist die Tür zu, ist sie zu... Da die Lage des Hauses optimal für unsere Freund*innen ist, schneit aber auch immer mal jemand einfach so rein. Wir schauen auch gerne gemeinsam Filme und Serien, gehen Feiern und sitzen auf ein Getränk oder zwei in der Küche oder auf unserem Balkon :)

We´re a colorful mix of different people. Your futur flaties would be Marie, Philipp, Jana and Delhad - all between 24 and 26 years. The life in the flat is quite relaxed, there´s both space for a chat at the balcony and enough privacy sphere - if your door is closed, it´ll stay closed. Bacause the flat´s position is optimal for our friends, there´re often some people around.
We´re often sitting toghether watching films or going to parties, but we also love to sit in the kitchen, cooking and chatting about everything and anything ;)
Da die WG zum 31.10. aufgelöst wird, ist das Angebot befristet auf einen Monat - perfekt für dich, um erstmal in Jena anzukommen und dir in Ruhe eine Bleibe zu suchen.
Bitte beachtet, dass die oben angegebene Miete die Gesamtmiete incl. Strom, Internet und Heizung ist.
