Das Zimmer und der Rest der Wohnung sind gut ausgestattet. Es wäre besser, wenn du die Möbel im Zimmer kaufen möchtest, über den Preis können wir sprechen.

The room and the rest of the apartment are well equipped. It is better if you want to buy the furniture inside the room and the price can be negotiated.
Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Spittelplatz (130 m). Du kannst auch zum Hauptgebäude der Universität Jena laufen in ca. 10-15 Minuten.
Eine Bäckerei, ein Metzger (AGB), die Thulb, das Zeiss Planetarium, das Jeninchen (Unverpacktladen), sind alle in der Nähe. Bis zur Thulb dauert es nur 5 Minuten. Lidl ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar und rewe 7 Minuten mit der Bahn.
The apartment is very close to the Spittelplatz tram stop (130 m). You can also walk to the main building of the University of Jena (approx. 10-15 minutes).
A Bakery, a butcher (AGB), the Thulb, the Planetarium, are all nearby. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the Thulb, and 10 minutes to Lidl. Rewe is in 7 minutes with the tram.
Die Küchenutensilien in der Wohnung werden geteilt und es müssen keine zusätzlichen Küchenutensilien gekauft werden.
Meine beiden Mitbewohner Martha (Italienerin, Doktorandin) und Lukas (Deutsche, Erziehungswissenschaften) sind sehr freundlich und Marta kocht leckeres Essen! Wir haben einen Reinigungsplan für die Wohnung, um alles in Ordnung und ordentlich zu halten.
Kurze Einführung für meine beiden Mitbewohner:
Martha, Italienerin, 26 Jahre, Doktorandin in Biophotonik, kann alle Arten von Lebensmitteln kochen, einschließlich Koreanisch, Japanisch, Französisch und Italienisch, ist aber aufgrund ihrer Arbeit selten zu Hause.
Lukas, Deutscher, 24 Jahre alt, Erziehungswissenschaften. Macht häufig Sport und bietet das auch gerne an diesen gemeinsam zu machen.
The kitchen utensils in the apartment are shared and no additional kitchen utensils need to be purchased.
My two roommates Martha (Italian, doctoral student) and Lukas (German, educational science) are very friendly and warm and Marta likes to cook delicious food! We have cleaning plan for the apartment to keep everything in order and tidy.
