Ein Zimmer in unserer 3er WG wird Mitte April 2020 eröffnet. Verfügbar mit Möbeln und mehr, da ich in das Gästehaus der Universität ziehe und alles zurücklassen muss.
Die Miete beinhaltet alles: Heizung, Wasser, Strom, zuverlässige Internetverbindung, Radioservice. Unbeschwerte und zuverlässige Vermieterin. Sehr ruhige Lage, da es nicht direkt an der Straße liegt!
Tolle Lage! Günstig in der Nähe von Bushaltestellen: 10, 11, 12, 15, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Jena Westbahnhof, 10 Minuten zum Ernst-Abbe Platz, 12 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum. Es gibt einen kleinen Markt auf der anderen Straßenseite und Edeka 3 Minuten entfernt.
In der Nähe mehrerer Cafés, Parks, des Max-Planck-Instituts, der FSU Jena und der Jena FHS.

A room in our 3er WG is opening up in mid-april 2020. Available with furniture and more since I am moving to the university guest house and must leave everything behind.
Rent includes everything: heating, water, electricity, reliable internet connection, radioservice. Easygoing and reliable landlady. Very quiet location, since it is not directly on the street!
Great location! Conveniently near bus stations: 10, 11, 12, 15, a 5 minute walk to Jena Westbahnhof, 10 minutes to Ernst-Abbe Platz, 12 minutes to city center. There is a small market across the street and Edeka 3 minutes away.
Close to several cafes, parks, Max Planck Institute, FSU Jena, Jena FHS.
Über die Mitbewohner:
-Michael ist ein Business Administration B.A. Student an der Jena Fachhochschule. Er stammt ursprünglich aus Berlin und genießt Calisthenics, Kochen und Treffen mit Freunden.
-Amy ist ein Ökologiestudent an der FSU Jena. Sie ist eine internationale Studentin aus Südkorea und genießt Kochen, Wandern und schöne Atmosphären.
Beide sind gesellig und treffen sich gerne, um zu kochen und an manchen Abenden eine Mahlzeit oder ein Gespräch zu genießen, aber jeder kann auch seine Ruhe haben. Generell legen wir Wert auf Sauberkeit, gute Kommunikation, Respekt voreinander und Umweltfreundlichkeit! Wir sind seit einigen Jahren eine teilweise internationale Wohnung, daher sind sowohl Englisch als auch Deutsch in der Arbeitsgruppe üblich. Wir freuen uns darauf, eine gute Passform für unsere freundliche Atmosphäre zu finden!

About the roommates:
-Michael is a business administration B.A. student at the Jena Fachhochschule. He is originally from Berlin, and enjoys calisthenics, cooking, getting together with friends.
-Amy is an ecology M.Sc student at FSU Jena. She is an international student from South Korea and enjoys cooking, hiking, and nice atmospheres.
Both are social and like to get together to cook and enjoy a meal or a chat during some evenings, but everyone also can have their peace. Generally, we value cleanliness, good communication, respect for one another, and environmental friendliness! We have been a partially international flat for a few years, so both English and German are common in the WG. We're looking forward to finding a good fit for our friendly atmosphere!
