I'm looking for a new person to move into my lovely WG-Room in the Arvid-Harnack Str. 14. I would like to rent the room from the 1.May.

The WG is located in the Damenviertel and is about two minutes away from the tram, five minutes from the thulb and eight minutes from the university. Down the Arvid-Harnack Str. there is a Döner shop and an arabian supermarket.
Die WG liegt im schönen Damenviertel ca. 2 Minuten von der Straßenbahn, 5 Minuten von der Thulb und 8 Minuten vom UHG entfernt. Die Arvid-Harnack-Straße runter befindet sich ein Dönerladen und ein arabischer Supermarkt.
You will be living with Marta (Italian, 26, a PhD in Medical Phtonics) and Xiaoyan (Chinese, 25, a master in Phtonics). The WG life consists mainly of cooking and is quit relaxed otherwise - but a bit more of WG life is always welcomed. We have pretty big bathroom and a kitchen with a dish washer and a washing machine and a good rice cooker.

Das WG-Leben besteht größtenteils aus Kochen und ist im Allgemeinen ruhig - insgesamt ist es aber keine Zweck-WG und soll auch keine werden. Wir haben ein recht geräumiges Bad und eine Küche mit einem Geschirrspüler, einer Waschmaschine sowie einem exzellenten Reiskocher.

Ich würde alle Möbel mitnehmen und auch die Jalousinen - es sei denn du würdest sie gerne übernehmen. Zunächst würden wir einen Zwischenmietvertrag aufsetzten, da ich eine dreimonatige Kündigungsfrist habe, anschließend würdest du dann einen Vertrag mit der Vermieterin (Marta) machen. Während des Zwischenmietvertrags bin ich selbst noch in Jena und zu sprechen, falls es Fragen etc. geben sollte.
