Are you looking for a nice room in an amazing location!
My furnished 16 m2 room in 2er WG is available from 01.08.2020.
Most of the furniture is available for you for free.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small storage room as well.
The bathroom including washing machine and bathtub is very spacious. There are also private parking lots and a basement as well
The flat is is 1 min walking to Westbahnhofstr bus station an 3 min walking to Westbahhof. It is near to the Center and takes 10 min on foot to the university's main building and city center which makes the location absolutely perfect no matter if you are studying or working in Jena.
There is a small Edeka shop just 2 min by foot as well as big Edeka and Netto ( 10 min by foot, or one bus stop), Sushi bar, Pizza place, Tai food, hairdresser studio and medical doctors and dentists in the nearby vicinity.
You would share the apartment with a 26 years old Serbian girl, who is doing her Ph.D. here in Jena. Your future flatmate is very communicative, but also respects your own toe and space:) everyone has its own daily rhythm, but nice chats in the kitchen or cooking together would be a nice way to relax after a hard-working day:)
Besides Serbian, excellent English and acceptable German are spoken here.
