Das Zimmer (10 qm) ist klein und gemütlich. Meine Möbel nehme ich mit, lasse aber das Hochbett drin.
Die WG an sich ist super groß, hat einen sehr gemütlichen Balkon (meiner Meinung nach einer der schönsten Jenas), sowie einen Keller und alles was das alltägliche Leben so benötigt!

The room is absolutely beautiful - small and cosy. I will leave the loft bed in, but will take the rest of my furniture with me.
Our flat is pretty big, has a amazing balcony (in my opinion one of the most beautiful ones in Jena), a cellar and everything you need for your daily life.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in optimaler Lage - direkt im Stadtzentrum. Gleich vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Bis zum Campus sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten und sämtliche Einkaufsgelegenheit (ALDI, tegut, SPAR, EDEKA, Bioladen) sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen .
Der Späti ist gleich um die Ecke, der Park und Uni Sport sind direkt vor der Tür und innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu erreichen.
Alles was das Herz begehrt liegt also nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt :)

The apartment is idealy located - right in the city center. There is a tram stop right outside the front door. It is a 10-minute walk to the campus and all shops (ALDI, tegut, SPAR, EDEKA, organic store) can also be reached within 10 minutes.
The Späti is just around the corner, the Park and Uni Sport are right outside the door and can be reached within 1 minute.
Everything your heart desires is just a few minutes' walk away :)
Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, werde ich leider unsere tolle und coole WG verlassen :( Wir sind ein bunter Mix aus verschiedensten Studienrichtungen. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Olli (Doktorand, 33), Lisa (Lehramtsstudentin, 21) und ein weiteres neues WG-Mitglied; alle zusammen super sportlich :)
Das Leben in der WG ist sehr entspannt, es bietet sowohl Raum für einen gemütlichen Plausch auf dem Balkon, als auch für genügend Privatsphäre - ist die Tür zu, ist sie zu... Da die Lage des Hauses optimal für unsere Freunde ist, schneit immer mal jemand rein. Wir schauen auch gemeinsam Filme und Serien, auch sitzen wir sehr gerne auf dem Balkon und erzählen einander alles mögliche ;)

We are a colorful mix of various fields of study.
Your future flaties would be Olli (33) and Lisa (21).
Life in the flat share is very relaxed, it offers both space for a cozy chat on the balcony and enough privacy - if the door is closed, it is closed... Since the location of the house is ideal for our friends, there are quite a few people coming by.
We watch movies and series together, we also like to sit on the balcony and tell each other all kinds of things;)
Ach ja, mir wäre es lieber, wenn ihr mir via WhatsApp oder SMS schreibet 😄
