Hallo! Leider muss ich im Februar meine gemütliche WG lassen, weil ich einen neuen Job in eine andere Stadt habe. Ich lebe seit 3 Jahren in dieser Wohnung, und es war und ist perfekt für mich!
Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Stadtzentrum. Wir haben viel Platz, mit 88m2 und einem sehr großen Wohnzimmer und Küche. Die Küche hat 2 Kuhlschränke, und im Bad haben wir eine Waschmaschine, also alles ist sehr praktisch und bequem. In der Warmmiete (460 €) ist alles inklusive (Heizung, Strom, und WLAN).
Zusammenleben wirst Du mit Jia(25). Jia studiert momentan im Master BWL an der FSU. Sie kann Deutsch und Englisch sprechen. In der Freiheit backt sie gerne und spielt gerne Ukulele. Wir leben hier ziemlich entspannt und ruhig. Also eine Party WG oder große Fete wird das hier nicht mehr. Wir kochen oft gemeinsam in unserer Küche und genießen Teatime. Manchmal schauen wir die Fernsehserie und auch Dokumentarfilm in unserem großen Wohnzimmer. Wegen der Pandemie ist Jia jetzt nicht in Jena. Sie wird im mai wieder da sein. Deswegen könntest du ein paar Monate alleine das große Haus genießen. Für das WG-Leben wünschen wir offene Kommunikation und die Ordnung zu halten. Wenn du das Gefühl hast, du könntest zu uns passen, melde dich doch gerne. Wir freuen uns, Dich kennenzulernen.

Hi everyone! I am unfortunately leaving my lovely flatshare soon, so there will be a room free. I have lived here for 3 years very happily - it is super conveniently located, very large (88m2), and modern. We have our own fridges, a washing machine in the bathroom, and a large hall closet for extra storage space.
Left in the flat is Jia, although she is currently on holiday and will return in May. Jia is a Masters student at FSU, and is a tidy, lovely housemate who is always up for a meal or cup of tea. We have lived very peacefully together, and I can thoroughly recommend Jia as a housemate!
