Ein Heller Fröhlicher Raum für Dich

Die Innenstadt/Uni etc. ist einfach per Fuß/Tram/Fahrrad zu erreichen. Ich habe in meiner Zeit hier kaum ein anderes "Verkehrsmittel" als meine Füße benutzen müssen. Grundsätzlich ist die Saalbahnhofstraße am Rande des "szenigen" Damenviertels gelegen; und wie der Name schon sagt, in der Nähe des Saalbahnhofs. Dank ihm ist man gut an Halle und Leipzig angeschlossen. Jedoch muss man im "Gegenzug" mit Zuggeräuschen klarkommen. Für mich war das zumindest kein Problem. Zudem ist das Wohnung nahe einer wunderbaren Spaziergegend (Fluss+Park). Ein besonderes Hightlight in der Gegend ist der Bioladen, und die Biobäckerei in der Zwätzengasse. Die WG selbst ist in einem Mietshaus gelegen, das von studentischen WGs geprägt wird. Hier gibt es also ab und zu Feiereien, und man kann, wenn man möchte, gut neue Leute aus allen Ländern kennenlernen.

From this flat, you can go to university/city centre by tram/bike/foot. I have rarely used another "mean of transport" than my feet during my time here. The Saalbahnhofstraße is located in the outskirt of the mundane and vibrant Damenviertel providing you have true Jena experience. As the name of the street suggests, the flat is close to the Saalbahnhof mainstation. Consequently, you can simply reach the important traffic hubs of Halle and Leipzig by train.The "downside" is that there are sometimes train noises. Yet, I have coped well with it. In particular, I like about the area that it is very close to the river and the park. It is just lovely to walk there. The flat is situated in an apartment building that is home to other student shared flats. Therefore, there are sometimes parties that provide you with the great opportunity to socialize with new people from all over world.

Derzeit wohnen abgesehen von mir Ecehan (25, Masterstudent, spricht meist Englisch) und Jason (22, 2. Semester, POWI Student) in der Wohnung. Ein weiteres Zimmer ist derzeit unbesetzt (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/9205733.html?ma=1).* Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Unser WG ist von einem zwanglosen heiteren Miteinander geprägt (Spiele/"Sing"-Abende, Diskussionen über Gott und die Welt, Geburtstagsfeieren). Wenn Probleme auftauchen, diskutieren wir sie und finden Lösungen, die für alle passen. ;) Obwohl einige Mitbewohner ausziehen werden, wollen wir den Gemeinschaftscharakter unserer WG auf jeden Fall erhalten. Vom ersten Tag an, nachdem du dich dazu entschloßen hast einzuziehen, kannst du darüber bestimmen, wer hier mit einzieht.
Die Wohnung ist gut augestattet (neue Kaffemaschine, Waschmaschine), du brauchst an sich nichts mitzunehmen.

At the moment, Ecehan (25, graduate student, primarily English speaking), and Jason (22, undergraduate student, political science) are living in the shared flat apart from me. Another room is currently avaible (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/9205733.html?ma=1)* We are not only living in the same flat, but we also form a small community (game and singing night, gatherings, deep conversations, and so forth). Whenever we have problems, we talk through them and find solutions that are acceptable for all. As new flatmate, you can participate in this community as much as you like; however, there is are no expectations. Despite moving out, we want to maintain the community-atmosphere of our shard flat. After deciding moving in, you will have a say who will move in the flat.
The shared flat is well equipped (e. g. new coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, wadrobe, toaster), you do not need to worry about (kitchen) equippment.

Die Miete beinhaltet WiFi, GEZ, Wasser, Heizung, und Strom. Einige Möbel wie das große Boxspringbett würden im Zimmer blieben. Für diese müsste eine Ablösung von 500 Euro gezahlt werden. Falls du Interesse hast, schreibe mir per WG-Gesucht oder per Whatsapp.

The rent includes WiFi, the compulsary public broadcasting fee (GEZ), hydro, heating, and electricity. Some furniture would remain in the flat (e. g. the nice large new box spring bed (140x200) , the closet). For these piece of furniture, I would ask you for 500 Euro.
