Unser freies Zimmer ist ruhig, nach Westen, zum Innenhof einer Dachwohung im Damenviertel gelegen. Der Dielenboden ist saniert und das Dach neu isoliert. Die 14 m² sind quadratisch geschnitten und lassen sich daher flexibel einrichten. Nach Mittag gegen 1 kommt die Sonne in das Zimmer rüber und man kann sie bis zum Untergang genießen.
Ein paar Möbel wären noch im Keller vorhanden und bräuchten bei Bedarf nur aufgebaut werden.

The room is located on the courtyard side in a top floor flat in the downtown Damenviertel quarter. The wooden floor was freshly renovated and the roof is newly insulated. The 15 m² have a quadratic cut so it can be furnitured flexibly. After noon the sun shines into the room and can be enjoyed until the evening.
A basic set of furniture would be available in the basement and could be set up on request.
Unsere Wohnung ist super zentral im Damenviertel gelegen und Straßenbahn und Bus sind weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt. Bioläden, Bäckereien und Supermärkte sind in weniger als 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Unser Extra-feature ist der Unverpacktladen direkt nebenan.

The flat is located in the central Damenviertel quarter with Tram and Bus less than 5 minutes away. There are organic stores, bakeries and even a packageless store nearby.
Unsere WG ist eine gemischte WG aus Studenten und teils Berufstätigen. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und sitzen auch gerne gemeinsam gemütlich in der Küche um zu kochen oder gemeinsam Spielabende zu machen. Wir sind eine nachhaltig orientierte WG und haben ein Herz für die Umwelt.

Our shared flat is a mixed community of students and workers. We are not a "purpose" community but enjoy sitting together in the kitchen for a cooking or board game session. We are a sustainabilty oriented flat sharing community.
Unsere Küche ist solide ausgestattet, so dass wir auch eine Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, Mikro, Dunstabzugshaube, Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine haben.
Fahrräder können im Innenhof, Keller oder vor dem Haus abgestellt werden.

Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, basement or in front of the door.
